Coach Nick is currently a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt, awarded under the mentorship of Head Coach Makoto Ogasawara. He is currently an instructor at Wristlock Jiu-Jitsu, where he is known for his strong technical foundation and structured teaching approach. To enhance the learning experience for international members, Coach Nick conducts classes in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Coming from a three-generation martial arts family. The Loks family manages 8 gyms across Canada, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Through his lifelong journey in martial arts, Coach Nick has accumulated experience in teaching over 5.000+ students. In addition to his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey, he holds a 6th-degree black belt in Hapkido.
