Since Mark Kuo entered the world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in high school, he has accumulated eight years of training experience and five years of professional teaching experience. Mark Kuo passionate about technical research and teaching promotion, and continuously strive to improve teaching quality and competitive performance. He believes that a solid foundation and practical experience are the only way to progress. Favorite techniques are the X Guard and Over Underpass.
